🏄 The Opportunity (Short Term - Low Commitment)
We're hiring a few sharp, serious people to help us launch stronger and faster — and we expect to launch in roughly 3 months.
You can contribute part-time, full-time, or moonlight during off-hours — whatever fits your life right now. This applies both before and after launch — should you choose to stick around. We'd much rather have a highly-skilled, part-time team than a bunch of full-time resources that need training.
This is a fully remote role. We don't have an office and we never will.

We use a SAFE (like YC startups) — your time converts into equity.
No vesting. No "maybe later." No fluff.
Example 1: Pre-Raise
20 hrs/week × 12 weeks × $100/hr = $24k → 0.6% equity if $4M valuation
Example 2: Post-Raise Hybrid
$60k cash + $15k equity over 9 months = 0.375% more
Total: ~0.975% equity over 1 year
